For those who want the most from their skin journey. This plan combines advanced skincare and treatments for year-round radiance — perfect for achieving visible, long-term results.
Terms & Conditions for Refresh and Rejuvenate Membership
1. Membership Overview
This membership plan is designed for patients seeking regular skin health and injectable treatments, and skincare offering exclusive benefits and discounts.
Members can choose from three tiers based on the type of treatments we agree together during your consultation; based upon your treatment goals, your monthly budget and the frequency and type of treatments required to reach your goals.
Membership is available exclusively Dr Janice Brown Aesthetics and Skin, Hillsborough clinic only.
To join the membership, you must have had a consultation with Dr Janice Brown Aesthetics & Skin and be medically suitable.
2. Membership Tiers
The membership tiers are as follows:
Tier 1: Introductory Refresh and Rejuvenate
£75 per month.
This is ideally suited to you if you have regular toxin treatments, or you are considering other skin health treatments such as skin boosters (Profhilo), and/or medical grade skincare to enhance your results.
Tier 2: Essential Refresh and Rejuvenate
£100 per month.
This is ideally suited to you if wish to spread the cost of your regular toxin treatments and you are dedicated to your medical grade skincare, and/or regular skin health treatments.
Tier 3: Ultimate Refresh and Rejuvenate £150 per month. This is ideal for you if you want to ensure that your skin health is well maintained during the year. This is perfect for you if you enjoy the results of combining treatments and skincare for the ultimate results.
3. Membership Fees
Payments must be made via the provided Stripe payment link. The credit you save can be used towards any in-clinic products and treatments (subject to consultation). This membership club is not a finance option. Membership can be used towards future treatments either to cover the whole cost of treatment or put towards the treatment cost. Think of it as your own personal Dr Janice ‘piggy bank’. If your balance exceeds the treatment cost the outstanding amount stays in credit. If it doesn’t, the outstanding amount is payable at the appointment and at the time of treatment. If you wish to top up your balance (i.e. after a birthday gift or a bonus) then absolutely – you can top up your balance anytime. Failure to make payments may result in suspension of membership benefits and possible termination of the membership.
4. Membership Benefits
Members receive a free BioRePeel treatment worth £150 at their first treatment appointment (subject to consultation and medical suitability). With the Tier 2 Essential Refresh and Rejuvenate membership you receive the benefit of saving an additional 5% when combining further treatments which are carried out during the same appointment. With the Tier 3 Ultimate Refresh and Rejuvenate you receive the benefit of saving an additional 10% when combining further treatments which are carried out during the same appointment. Complimentary consultation and follow-up appointments are included. Membership benefits cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
5. Membership Duration
Membership is valid for a minimum term of 12 months from the date of registration. Memberships are non-transferable and exclusive to the individual who registers.
6. Treatment Frequency and Additional Treatments and In-Clinic Skincare
Members are entitled to treatments or in-clinic skincare based on the credit on their account, and if the balance due on the day is greater – settling of that remaining balance on the day of treatment. All members must attend a full medical consultation to check suitability, particularly when combining treatments on the same day. Treatments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
7. Booking, Cancellation, and No-Show Policy
Members must adhere to the clinic’s 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. Cancellation requests must be made via email to drjanicebrown@mail.com. Any outstanding treatment fees at the time of cancellation will require full payment. In the event of a no-show appointment, a missed appointment charge of £50 will apply. This charge may also result in the removal of the missed session from the member’s treatment credit.
8. Payment Terms
Payments are due on the same date each month via the Stripe payment link. Failure to make payments may result in membership suspension or termination.
9. Refunds and Early Termination
Membership fees are non-refundable. Early termination is only permitted in exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical reasons) and is subject to Dr Janice Brown Aesthetic & Skin approval and an administration fee.
10. Exclusions
Membership discounts and benefits apply only to treatments and in-clinic skincare products provided by Dr. Janice Brown Aesthetics & Skin Hillsborough. Treatments performed by external practitioners or visiting consultants are not included.
11. Liability
The clinic is not responsible for delays or inability to provide treatments due to unforeseen circumstances. All treatments are subject to medical suitability as determined during the consultation.
12. Changes to Membership Terms
The clinic reserves the right to amend membership terms with 30 days’ notice to members.
13. Data Protection
Personal data will be handled in accordance with the clinic’s privacy policy and will not be shared without consent.
