Polynucleotide treatment for under eye rejuvenation has become my gold standard. It is designed to address a range of under-eye concerns, from dark circles to dry skin and fine lines, in order to provide a refreshed and radiant appearance.

The results can be seen after the first session, typically three sessions are required for the initial treatment. Each session builds on the next and continues to work for around 12 weeks.  The results last between six months to a year, a maintenance treatment is required at six months.

Most patients experience little to no downtime after Polynucleotide injections. Some may have mild redness, swelling, or bruising at the injection sites, but these typically resolve within a few days.

As with any injectable treatment, there are risks to be aware of. As the origin is fish, polynucleotides are not suitable for vegetarians, vegans or those with fish allergies.

The treatment requires three sessions, spaced out by two-four weeks. I apply local anaesthetic cream to the area prior to injecting, and then administer the product to the desired area of the face or neck.

The procedure itself is quick, has minimal discomfort and is tolerated well by patients.
